Direct Aid/Food Bank
No matter how much we may be in a position to help people from a clinical, relational, or spiritual perspective, the first priority is always to provide for physical needs. Often life circumstances and substance abuse leads to a loss of financial and physical support for individuals and their families.
theeffect is partnered with a sister organization, which is supported by local foodbanks and large food suppliers, and can provide nutritious food, including produce and dairy, on a regular basis. We can work with families directly and discreetly to help with food and other necessities up to and including temporary shelter and other needs.
People can meet at regular intervals in our parking lot to go “shopping” for their necessities or call our ministry leader for special needs or discreet pickups.
